We met through online dating, we're just going to throw that out there right away; we're proud of it too (even though it took one of us a longer time to realize it). Online dating was the best thing that could ever have happened to us. As Shawn likes to point out, it was Christina's camera that caught his attention when he first saw her profile (it was a Nikon). Being an avid, Nikon-based photographer Shawn just knew he had to meet this girl.
We went on our first "adventure" back in February 2010. We were in search of an exotic, Coffee flavored Caribou. We had heard there were a couple in our vicinity. Christina was the first to find this elusive creature, while Shawn followed an hour later (due to the lovely rush hour traffic). Finally together, we sat there talking about ourselves and listening to each other's stories for what seemed like hours. It wasn't until the Caribou's caretaker came over and said we had to leave did we finally decide to call it a night.
